feat: one-click Update All and per-release 'What's new' notes - #35

Two of the top store gaps from the audit: - Update All: when updates are pending, the grid header shows an 'Update all (N)' button that queues every updatable app (current platform only) and installs them sequentially - one progress slot, one writer - chaining the next download off each completion, success OR failure, so one broken app never strands the rest. Cancel clears the whole queue (cancel means stop, not skip). - What's new: the GitHub release body was never fetched anywhere (the Changelog tab only shows the repo's CHANGELOG.md frozen at catalog fetch). The detail page now offers 'What's new in vX' when an update is pending: fetched on demand, parsed once into markdown blocks (zero per-frame parsing), rendered in a card above the description. - View on GitHub: repo.html_url was fetched with the catalog but never surfaced in any view; the detail header now links to the repo. i18n keys added in both languages (parity test green).
