Description
Promotes foss-sandbox changes to foss-main, including COGNITO_UPSTREAM_AUTH_URL and COGNITO_UPSTREAM_TOKEN_URL override to route MCP OAuth through mpass-auth-proxy instead of Cognito's hosted UI.
