If you ever face the misfortune of stumbling over our prestigious media's youtube videos, this extension will ensure that you won't have to bear the hate speech which is already distributed in TV-channels.
In accordance to the constitutional rules of India:
Article 19: Protection of certain rights regarding freedom of speech, etc.—
(1) All citizens shall have the right—
(a) to freedom of speech and expression;
(b) to assemble peaceably and without arms;
(c) to form associations or unions [or co-operative societies];
(d) to move freely throughout the territory of India;
(e) to reside and settle in any part of the territory of India; and
[(f) Omitted by the Constitution Act 1978]
(g) to practise any profession, or to carry on any occupation, trade or business.
(2) Nothing in sub-clause (a) of clause (1) shall affect the operation of any existing law, or prevent the State from making any law, in so far as such law imposes reasonable restrictions on the exercise of the right conferred by the said sub-clause in the interests of [the sovereignty and integrity of India], the security of the State, friendly relations with foreign States, public order, decency or morality, or in relation to contempt of court, defamation or incitement to an offence.
This is NOT INTENDED AS DEFAMATION, PUBLIC ORDER, ANY MENTION OF DECENCY OR MORALITY, THREATENING OF NATIONAL SECURITY AND ANY SORT OF CONTEMPT OF COURT
This is plain satire and made with comedic-intentions & ... nothing else.
Also on the grounds of COPYRIGHT :
All clips are Criticism & Review as per Section 52 of Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
Copyright Disclaimer under section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for “fair use” for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, education and research.
Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing.
The addon is finally approved by the seniority of mozilla: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/jhooth-bolo/
I am not sure if this will pass the review under Google's guidelines, so ... here are the steps
(1) Check under releases tab, download and unpack the latest version (2) Browse to chrome://extensions/ and press enable the developer mode (top-right corner) (3) Load unpacked & select the location with an unpacked .zip
This is a bit tedious but then again, what can we do here?
Same as Chrome
It should work on Firefox Mobile and forks
0 network requests & zero data-collection, I don't believe in harvesting user-data & all that stuff.
If I don't get an FIR filed against me or black SUV's pulling up to my location then might extend this to even regular newspages on internet as well if I get time ofc!
