Extension Settings panels receive the current graph when they mount and every subsequent graph update. Reopening Settings renders the current state immediately.
An installed probe extension verifies initial rendering, a live server-driven update without remounting, and rendering after Settings is closed and reopened. The final diff contains only the general Settings panel fix and its browser acceptance coverage.
