• The Add extension pane opens on a Browse GitHub | Git URL switch, with Browse GitHub selected.
• A search box above the cards filters the fetched agent-wrangler-extension list by name, owner or description. It runs in the browser, so typing never calls GitHub. A count ("6 of 19") sits beside the box, and an empty state shows when nothing matches.
• The search text, focus and caret position come back after a remount, including the two that Refresh causes.
• The unvetted notice, the Installed badge and installed cards sinking to the bottom are unchanged. Installs from a card or a pasted URL still go through onInstall and the consent modal.
• docs/extensions.md is updated, with tests in public/extensions-panel.test.js. npm test passes.
