Added Shortcut Page to Settings

Description

Github issue #433

• Adds a shortcut page that lists all the app shortcuts (Is placed in settings, under its own category of "App Settings")
• A French translation was provided to the page as well

Tests to perform

• Test if the page will switch to Mac inputs when using a Mac
