Prohibited Uses Customers must not:
Use services for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes (e.g., bypassing billing, spamming, phishing). Operate devices in ways that compromise network security or capacity, or cause excessive congestion. Resell or transfer eSIM/SIM profiles without operator authorization. Use eSIM/SIM in unauthorized devices or outside permitted geographies. Exploit bonus/promotional programs to avoid payment obligations.

Operator Rights to Suspend/Terminate Operators may suspend, restrict, or revoke service without prior notice if: Fraudulent or unusual usage patterns are detected. SIM/eSIM is reported lost, stolen, or misused. Customer fails to comply with KYC or regulatory requirements. Device interferes with network operations. Account remains inactive for extended periods (e.g., >6 months). Customer breaches local laws or operator terms.

Customer Responsibilities Maintain control of eSIM/SIM access (no default PIN → user must secure device). Report suspected fraud or unauthorized use immediately to operator support. Ensure compliance with local telecom regulations. Remain liable for all charges until operator confirms suspension in writing.

Revocation & Recovery Suspended services may be reinstated within 3 months, subject to compliance. Operators may permanently revoke access for repeated or severe violations. Credits/allowances are non-transferable and non-refundable unless mandated by law.

Legal & Liability Framework Operators disclaim liability for network outages, third-party disruptions, or interception risks. Customers indemnify operators against claims arising from misuse of services. Governing law: India (Mumbai jurisdiction) for domestic operators; foreign operators apply their home jurisdiction for disputes.
