Route A (short, local roads)
Vela: 14.4 km / 49 min -> 17.6 km/h avg
Actual: same distance / ~20 min (driven daily)

Route B (long, motorway N-630 / A-66)
Vela: 65.4 km / 1h27, labelled "light traffic"
Google Maps: 65 km / 59 min

Distance matches Google closely. Only duration is wrong,
roughly 1.5x to 2.5x. The 17.6 km/h average suggests OSM
default speeds rather than a parsed Google duration.

I could not reproduce this with a Huelva to Sevilla trip: 93 km via the A-49 at 1 h 2 min, against Google's 1 h 3 min. One thing that produces your numbers exactly is the Avoid highways chip under the mode buttons in the route chooser; it stays on between sessions, and with it on the same trip is 103 km via the A-472 at 1 h 47 min, which is also what Google says for a no-motorway route. Could you check both Avoid chips? If they are off, please turn on Settings > Diagnostics, run the two routes again and export the log; it records what each router answered, and the export rounds positions to about a kilometre.
