Follows #7, which generalized the two README passages that justified the tailtui.toml template by naming a specific shipped Omarchy theme and addressing the reader in the second person.

Per the standing documentation workflow, every phase ends with a CLAUDE.md update. This adds the Phase 33 entry: what the wording was, what it is now, and the rule it sets — public-facing docs describe the class of problem, not a named third-party theme that fails at it, while internal notes may stay specific (the Phase 30 entry keeps its concrete reference deliberately, since the mapping decision it records only makes sense against the concrete case).

Docs-only, CLAUDE.md alone. No version bump.

Records the README wording change from PR #7 in the phase log, along
with the rule it sets: public-facing docs describe the class of problem,
not a named third-party theme that fails at it, while internal notes may
stay specific -- the Phase 30 entry keeps its concrete reference on
purpose, since the mapping decision it records only makes sense against
the concrete case.
