Minimal libvirt collector with Candlepin reporting and systemd timer integration. Connects to local libvirt, reports VM associations to Candlepin via mTLS, runs hourly as unprivileged service.

CLI tool that connects to local libvirt, collects VM associations
(UUID and name), and outputs JSON. Supports status validation and
configurable logging levels.
Added service and timer units for automated hourly VM data
collection. Runs unprivileged with minimal hardening.

- Hourly collection via systemd timer (10min boot delay)
- Unprivileged virtuoso user with libvirt group access
- Basic hardening: NoNewPrivileges, PrivateTmp
- Persistent timer preserves schedule across reboots
Add complete Candlepin integration with mTLS authentication and async
job tracking. Complements existing print mode with server reporting
capability.
