[F4] True offline mode

When I launch Creation Kit without Internet connection it work but spam errors in \Fallout 4\Logs\BNet\BNet.0.log
I ask Google about it and Google says what Creation Kit is normally working without Internet and it's legal. I must turn Steam in offline mode or launch CK from MO2 but it don't work for me.
I don`t want that Bethesda kill my disk, so can you stop CK from searching Internet or at least disable BNet.0.log?

Yes, the editor sends a lot of information to the BNet servers, especially Starfield. But I don't want to delete this information, the user needs to know what game they are playing and what they are paying for. No one can forbid you to use anything without the Internet. Edit: A couple of kilobytes won't kill your disk.

I try explain better.
Situation 1: Run CK with Internet- Few kb in BNet.0.log
Situation 2: Run CK without Internet- ...[Result: BNET_DNS_ERROR] [Message: ] [Info: Request failure to api.bethesda.net]... and CK replace BNet.0.log few times in a second without stopping.
