The workspace manifests already declared MIT OR Apache-2.0, but the repository still effectively presented as MIT-only at the project/documentation level. This change aligns legal artifacts and public docs with the dual-license intent.

• License artifacts

  • Added LICENSE-APACHE with the Apache 2.0 license text.
  • Added LICENSE-MIT with the MIT license text.
  • Updated LICENSE to a short chooser file that points to both licenses.

• Repository metadata/docs alignment

  • Updated the README license badge to MIT OR Apache-2.0.
  • Replaced the README MIT-only statement with explicit links to both license files.

• Resulting canonical pattern
