Outcome

Closes PS-R1-PRIVATE-MYTH-PUBLIC-BOUNDARY-001 as CLOSED_EFFECTIVE, narrowly scoped to the R1.0.1 packaging-boundary correction.

Evidence

  • anonymous exact-byte GitHub and Hugging Face redownloads for R1.0.1 and Generic Myth v0.2.0
  • bounded Generic package verification on both mirrors
  • recursive zero-Myth R1.0.1 verification on both mirrors
  • corrected-boundary checks across all six public GPT Sites, including Project Shadow /status, ARM and National aliases
  • exact live GitHub release metadata and release-note snapshots

Verification

  • 37/37 unit tests pass
  • offline postpublication verifier passes
  • full online postpublication verifier passes
  • historical August 14 verifier remains pinned and unchanged
  • git diff --check passes

Boundary

This closure does not authorize production or operational deployment and does not establish efficacy, safety, certification, legal compliance, comprehensive security, or independent validation.
