Publishes the verified prepublication records for Project Shadow 1.0.1, the exact Generic Myth v0.2.0 optional sidecar, the exact Myth-free inner family admission, and the exact outer release authorization. The August 14 release remains immutable. CAPA PS-R1-PRIVATE-MYTH-PUBLIC-BOUNDARY-001 remains IMPLEMENTED_PENDING_EFFECTIVENESS until anonymous GitHub/Hugging Face redownload verification and all six live-site checks complete. No production or operational deployment is authorized.
