Make borderColor visible without selection

Elements border color is only visible when you select them. It can be great to have borders without selecting objects.

Two options to close this issue :

• add boolean option such as "displayBorderOnSelectOnly" with default value to "true"
• add "selectBorderColor" option, top handle border and select border

Another option would be to have hover borders, maybe this should also be another parameter. Hover may have different color / size / style than "classic" border.
