v1.5 Shared Pools & IMAP Parity shipped 2026-07-20 (24/24 requirements, audit passed) but was never formally closed — STATE.md still showed Phase 35 in-progress while the repo had actually advanced through Phase 36 and a merged v1.6.0-rc1 release. Collapses Phases 29-34 in ROADMAP.md, updates PROJECT.md's current-state/requirements sections, and adds the v1.5 milestone entry to MILESTONES.md.
