• invite comparison results, reproducible discrepancies, and feature feedback through Issues or best916116@gmail.com
• release the application under the MIT License

Why

The previous README pointed to a 404 page and left important usage, validation, and feedback boundaries implicit.

Validation

• public FASTQ benchmark passed: 25,000 QC reads and 24,976 aligned reads
• paired-end synthetic truth fixture passed all consistency checks
• all external README links returned a successful response
