Adds a Contributor Covenant 2.1 code of conduct, completing the repo's community health files (alongside the existing LICENSE, README, CONTRIBUTING, and SECURITY). GitHub surfaces it automatically in the community profile and the issue/PR flow. Enforcement contact is the maintainer's GitHub noreply address.
