Restore fixed compact navigation and settings diagnostics. Complete Reader, Search, Poster, feedback and portable export workflows. Fix native expiry, exact message identities, export integrity classification and voice transcript preservation. Add native packaging and cross-platform release gates. Record Windows native/export/UI/performance/install acceptance and remaining native-platform and RAM-scan limitations.
Use host-native paths in diagnostics, search and integrity fixtures without weakening assertions. Preserve generated decoder bytes across checkouts and exclude generated test reports. Record authorized branch push and the first Windows CI acceptance.

Integrate the accumulated v1.2.1 implementation into main, retaining PR #39's attachment fix and the later case-insensitive/hash-verified collision handling. Commit the pending Windows-only release documentation; version stays 1.2.1.
Add verification-only macOS 15/26 ARM64 and Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 x64 jobs. Run full unit/type/native checks, actual encrypted-fixture reads and ten-format corruption recovery, packaged UI/feedback/anti-delete, MCP/HTTP/CLI privacy, TUI layouts, renderer recreation, distribution-container integrity and installed Linux sandbox acceptance. Independent packaged gates retain individual logs and receipts even after failures.
No release publishing, tag creation, Mac backfill or updater changes. Mac/Linux packages are temporary Actions artifacts only. Live WeChat acquisition, native FTS, Gatekeeper/notarization and long-term stability remain explicitly outside synthetic acceptance.
Local validation: both TypeScript projects passed; 125 Vitest files passed (1,714 tests passed, eight skipped), plus 29 native/package regression tests. Workflow YAML and new script syntax parsed successfully. Native matrix results will be checked before merge and rerun on the exact main merge commit.
