- Report duplicate declarations coming from an `enum` definition rather than
silently keeping the last one. An `enum` whose name is already taken now
reports `duplicate declarations of <name>`, a repeated member reports
`duplicate declarations of <enum>.<member>`, and `_self` is rejected as a
member name since it is the entry holding the type itself. (@prql-bot, #6164)
