RC4 to RC8, branched from chore/vibetags-1.0.0-rc10 because that is the tree the bump was verified on: the full Gradle build ran green against the RC8 artifact from Maven Central on 2026-08-04, ConcurrencySafetyTest 8/8. RC8 rejects invocations/threads below 1 at config build time, closing the hole where a misconfigured @AsyncTest reported a passing test whose body never ran.
