RC8 to RC10 in the single Gradle pin. New opt-ins: GEMINI.md plus .gemini/rules/, mirroring the twenty-file granular layout Claude already has. Also removed the stray pre-RC8 .vibetags-mod-163e79de hash sidecar (untracked), the leftover the RC8 release notes say to delete once after upgrading. Part of the VibeTags GA readiness sweep. Verified: gradlew clean compileJava regenerates on JDK 25, a second compile after touching a source reports no changes, and CLAUDE.md, llms.txt and llms-full.txt are byte-identical across the bump.
