Merge changes from Dev to Main
OTP SMTP update
Content manager → Org manager → Learner completion. - live_demo.py: JSON-import module w/ short-answer question - complete_course.py: fetch module + answer questions before completing - play.py: single 6-item queue (CM create module/course, OM kit/campaign/assign, learner complete) - README.md: documented unified flow, reseed requirements Flows now gated on ENTER so presenter can narrate between each step. Smoke tested end-to-end: all 6 flows pass.
