docs: correct spec citation, refresh model list, rule media events - #137

… rule media events Listing types are spec 4.5, not 4.6. Block 1's model list omitted seven models that shipped. Records that media attachment emits listing.updated only, since media.* is deferred in spec 3.4 and the worker does not exist. Signed-off-by: Matthew Wren <info@origindev.com>
