Adds 4.5 listing types. Makes visibility a rejected field on listing.upsert alongside tier and status. Corrects 12.1 radius search to lat/lon plus raw SQL. Notes that tiers are rows. Signed-off-by: Matthew Wren <info@origindev.com>
