### Tibet

#### Thukpa

Thukpa is considered the ultimate winter comfort food, it's a traditional noodle soup that originated in Tibet and is widely considered a staple food across several countries and regions in the Himalayan belt.

Thukpa can be prepared in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian variations such as Thenthuk, Bhakhtuk and Tsapthuk.

Usually includes a vibrant blend of onions, garlic, tomatoes, carrots, and fresh vegetables slowly simmered with bold spices and condiments, creating a rich, savory broth that brings pure comfort and excitement in every spoonful.
