Summary

Syncs the skill with two openrouter-web changes merged today:

• openrouter-web#27703 / #23636: service tier endpoints (flex, priority) are now listed in GET /api/v1/models/{author}/{slug}/endpoints as separate entries with a tier-suffixed tag (e.g. openai/priority) and tier-multiplied pricing. Added a note to the API response shape section and a presenting-results tip so agents don't misread tier rows as additional providers.
• openrouter-web#27717: reasoning_effort now appears in public supported_parameters (derived from the model's reasoning_config). Added it to the supported-parameters examples.
