This dataset contains data from an overnight EEG-fMRI study, performed in the
Advanced MRI section, LFMI, NINDS, National Institutes of Health, in
approximately 2016-2017. This study is called 'sleep1', and is the pilot study
for 'sleep2', which ran from 2019-2024 (doi:10.18112/openneuro.ds006163.v1.0.0,
tentatively publicly released in September 2028). Subjects were scanned for two
consecutive nights for approximately 8 hours using EEG/fMRI, and were aroused
at random intervals 8 times during the night.
