Adds AppStream metadata to the Linux AppImage and validates it in CI. Updates the official checkout, Node setup, cache, upload, and download actions to Node 24 releases to remove the runner deprecation warnings. The artifact workflow runs on this branch to verify packaging.

• Adds io.openmouse.bridge.appdata.xml and packages the AppStream metadata, desktop entry, and icon into the Linux AppImage in gpui-build.yml
• Metadata is validated with appstreamcli during assembly, and extracted-AppImage checks now require the metadata and desktop-entry files
• Bumps GitHub Actions versions across all workflow files: actions/checkout and actions/setup-node to v5, actions/cache to v5, actions/upload-artifact to v6, and actions/download-artifact to v7
• Behavioral Change: Linux AppImage contents now include AppStream metadata, a shared desktop entry, and an application icon
