AI-RxOS — Phases 1–9 Implementation Checkpoint

Summary

This PR preserves the current AI-RxOS implementation progress across Phases 1–9.

The work extends the existing platform rather than rebuilding it, adding the canonical data model, evidence architecture, temporal intelligence, scientific ingestion, regulatory/IP intelligence, search/retrieval, tenant isolation, projections, and supporting validation infrastructure.

Validation

The repository contains extensive validation for:

• PostgreSQL canonical data

• temporal behavior

• end-to-end canonical flows
• service integration

Some final repository-wide certification gates and genuinely external live-source validations are still being completed.

Important

This PR is a checkpoint of the current Phase 1–9 implementation.

It does not claim final 100% Phase 1–9 certification.

Phase 10 has not been started.

The next work will focus on completing the remaining typecheck/build/lint/regression gates and final deterministic/external validation before Phase 10 begins.
