DummyDB.sql is missing

The doco at https://www.opendaoc.com/docs/database/ states:

The OpenDAoC-Core package comes with a DummyDB.sql file that you can use to bootstrap your server.

Problem:

A file with this name does not exist in the repo at https://github.com/OpenDAoC/OpenDAoC-Core. At least, not one I could find within the repo via GitHub's web UI search.

I did check for the file over in https://github.com/OpenDAoC/OpenDAoC-Database but wasnt able to find it there either.

Anyone know where to get the file?

The website is not being maintained and no longer reflects the state of the repository. https://github.com/OpenDAoC/OpenDAoC-Database is all there is.
The reason why DummyDB.sql is gone is because it made updating tables very painful and wasn't version control friendly.
