…he concept form's comment strings
The update-comment button on the concept edit form named the assistant
generically ("AI assistant", "with AI"). It now says "OCL AI Assistant"
in en, es, pt-BR and zh, in the form each catalog already uses for that
name:
- concept.ai_assistant_not_configured (alert when no assistant URL is set)
- concept.generate_comment_aria (the button's aria-label)
- common.generate_with_ai (the same button's tooltip, which MUI also
sets as the wrapper's aria-label; its only use)
Keys, code and parameters are unchanged.

What changed
The update-comment button on the concept edit form (Actions → Edit concept → Update comment) named the assistant generically. Its tooltip said "Generate with AI", its accessible name said "Generate comment with AI", and the alert for a missing assistant URL said "AI assistant is not configured for this environment." These strings now name the OCL AI Assistant in all four catalogs (en, es, pt-BR, zh), using the form each catalog already uses for that name in its other strings (for example the quota strings).
concept.ai_assistant_not_configuredconcept.generate_comment_ariacommon.generate_with_aiIn the other catalogs the name reads:
Only catalog values change. Keys, code,
{{params}}and tags are untouched. One string beyond the ticket's list:
common.generate_with_ai. It is the visible tooltip of the same button whosearia-labelthe ticket names. MUI also copies it onto the button wrapper'saria-label, so screen readers announce it too, and this button is its only use. Fixing only thearia-labelwould have left sighted users reading "Generate with AI". If it should stay as it was, revert that one line in each catalog.Word choices:

Noticed, not fixed
LANGUAGESinsrc/common/constants.jslists en, es and pt-BR but not zh, whilesrc/i18n/config.jsaccepts zh as a stored language. Withocl.languageset tozh,UserMenureadsselectedLanguage.nameofundefinedand the whole app renders blank. The language menu doesn't offer zh, so today only a hand-set value triggers it. For the zh browser check, the test browser added a zh entry to the served dev bundle. Nothing in this PR changes that code.closes OpenConceptLab/ocl_online#438
