Mapper: a candidate can lead with a translated name instead of one in the input language #2909

Part of OpenConceptLab/ocl_online#464 (critical user journey 1).
A candidate leads with the name that matched, then shows the display name after an arrow. When the matched name is a translation, an English project shows candidates titled in another language. For "Pregnancy test" (input language English, LOINC 2.81), the top candidate read "Anamnesi Punto nel tempo (episodio) Test prenatale → Mother's Prenatal tests", where the first part is 89497-2's it-IT related name.
Acceptance criteria
- A candidate leads with the target's display name in the project's input language, falling back to the repository's default locale.
- The matched name shows second, with its locale, and only when it differs from the display name.
- Same in the grid, the row panel and the AI card.

Octoad's session worker needs you to go on with this ticket.
What it needs: Decide whether a reopened project should bring back the input-language name and matched name of a target mapped from the Search tab (save them with the project, or fetch names on open), or leave it to a follow-up: Codex F3.1, open after pass 3.
