Part of OpenConceptLab/ocl_online#464 (critical user journey 1: a new user's first AutoMatch and first OCL AI Assistant result).

A new user's project list says only "No projects found." It gives no first step and no example input, so someone without a spreadsheet to hand stops here.

Acceptance criteria

  • With no projects, the list shows a short empty state: what the Mapper needs (a .csv or .xlsx with one row per local term), a "New Mapping Project" button, and a "Download a sample spreadsheet" link.
  • The sample has about 10 common lab tests with a code, a name and a specimen column, ready to map to LOINC. Its headers are ones field mapping recognises (see the field-mapping ticket in the epic).
  • Strings in en, es, zh and pt-BR.

Components: src/components/map-projects/MapProjects.jsx (the NoResults with map_project.no_projects_found), a static CSV under public/, translations. Related: #2784 (demo project, P5).
