Part of #2844. Using the Mapper means accepting OCL's Terms of Use, but the Mapper doesn't link them or the Privacy Policy anywhere.

Acceptance criteria

  • The footer (src/components/app/Footer.jsx) links Terms of Use to https://openconceptlab.org/terms-of-use and Privacy Policy to https://openconceptlab.org/privacy-policy, on every page.
  • Both open in a new tab (target="_blank", rel="noopener noreferrer").
  • The footer's existing text and app versions still show, at desktop and phone widths.
  • Both labels are in every locale (en, es, pt-BR, zh).
  • A test checks both links.
  • The PR stays a draft until Jon has reviewed it locally in a browser. Its description says how: the command to start the Mapper from the PR's branch, the pages to open, and what to look for in each language, with screenshots of the footer at 1280 px and 375 px.

The footer renders outside the routes, so a page that needs no sign-in (an unknown path's 404 page) shows it too.

    Octoad's session worker needs you to go on with this ticket.

    What it needs: Review the footer locally in a browser before the PR leaves draft, as the ticket asks (steps in its description), and decide whether c1954fb, the landing page's phone scroll fix, stays in it

    Work so far, as a draft: OpenConceptLab/oclmap#100

    Session worker worker-v0.11, recipe lean-loop, flow public>public. Run openconceptlab-ocl-issues-2900-20261013-143324, session ocl-issu-2900-1013-143324-a1e263. The run is over. Take the work over from the draft (session ocl-issu-2900-1013-143324-a1e263 is still open if you want to drive it), or answer here and let a fresh run try: close the draft and remove pipeline/session-needs-human. The run took gate/ai-fast-track off, so add it again too: a fresh run needs your approval.
