This removes two unnecessary lines in the
vacuum_scan_subtract.ipynbexample. It also removes a lot of old "widget" code hidden in the file. This is why > 6000 lines of code are removed.This also updates the docstring for
electron_countto make it more clear about the type and use of thedarkreferencekeyword.Sorry to mash these into the same pull request but I messed up my fork's history by accident.
