Summary:
VGPUMemoryScalingFactorconfiguration (default 10) to correct VXPU memory reporting, as HAMI/Volcano vGPU values are scaled and previously displayed inaccurately.STARHUB_SERVER_RUNNER_VGPU_MEMORY_SCING_FACTORenvironment variable in deployment configurations to enable the conversion logic.
