refactor(python): use 3.11 builtins for UTC and TimeoutError - #4138
Conversation
- Replace timezone.utc with datetime.UTC in examples, demo INST2 procedures and tsdb integration tests, dropping unused imports - Replace asyncio.TimeoutError with the builtin TimeoutError it aliases since 3.11, in host_interface_microservice and tests - Relock tools/generate_singleton_stubs.py.lock and ty_report.py.lock for requires-python >=3.11, removing the 3.10-only tomli Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 noreply@anthropic.com
