docs: page-structure screenshot + competitor comparison - #16

Add the Page structure navigator to the README screenshot set (previously missing) and a How this compares section naming Stacki as the closest open-source peer, with a condensed feature table. Roadmap reprioritised: full design control and typed component insertion now lead, informed by Stacki already shipping a style panel; client-accessible deployed editing added as a tracked item.
