Replace the default Android Studio launcher icon with a brand mark: a white Persian «آ» — the first letter of آوا (Ava) — on a blue→cyan gradient. - Adaptive icon (API 26+): gradient background vector + a bitmap foreground of the «آ» glyph (Noto Kufi Arabic Bold), centered in the safe zone; the same bitmap serves as the monochrome/themed-icon layer. - Legacy raster: ic_launcher.webp (rounded) and ic_launcher_round.webp (circular) for all five densities (mdpi…xxxhdpi).
