docs: clarify mobile dependency setup

Document CocoaPods version alignment, Pods-only installation, and recovery of missing injected assets in the development skill. Replace the stale CocoaPods version with the checkout's lockfile/CI requirement and clarify that app:native-bundle prepares vendor bundles and starts Metro.

Validation: yarn agent:check --profile commit and yarn agent:check --profile pr passed locally. Markdown reference links and git diff --check passed.
