Carlos enable dark mode support messaging hosts

Description

This pull request adds support for dark mode in the listing and bidding platform's messaging page for desktop and mobile.

This frontend PR has no related backend PR. Use latest backend.

Main changes explained:

• Added dark mode css classes
• Followed darkmode implementation documentation to apply styling to all components

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and npm run start:local to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to http://localhost:5173/lbdashboard/messaging
6. verify all features (notifications, contacts, messaging) work in dark mode

Note:

If a white space shows up at the bottom of the page it's a bug with the base page, unrelated to dark mode.

I tested the messaging in dark mode and most things worked well. However, I noticed that the 'no chat' text in the Messages section is difficult to see.

@JERRRRY Pushed a change to apply the light text class, let me know if it works. I don't have an account without contacts right now but will make another if the change doesn't work. Thank you.
