- Install openai npm package for direct OpenRouter calls - Create LLM service (llm.ts) — ports Python llm_client.py - Create prompt manager (prompts.ts) — ports Python prompt_manager.py - Rewrite ai-client.ts to call OpenRouter directly instead of proxying through the Python FastAPI AI service - Copy prompt templates into api/src/prompts/ - Removes need to deploy a separate Python AI service
