This repository contains documents on how to set up a beowolf cluster for Centos 6.5 with emphasis on bioinformatics application

this repos consists of the following documents

• SCRIPTS.md - a place to set up and install inital scripts for setting up multiple machines (instead of tools such as puppet, chef etc )
• BASIC_CLUSTER.md - installation of the basic cluster system using the scripts generated before
• ADD_CLUSTER_SOFT.md - additional clustering software in bioinformatics area
