Reproducing results in paper

Install the package by typing in R:

  devtools::install_github("OlavNikolaiBreivik/ICESpaperSpatioTemporal2020/spatioTemporalIndices",ref = "main")

Follow the script runWithOfficialData.R to reproduce results.
