This adds a new class of simulations to the
additivefoamapp for simulating the coarse heat transfer in a part in order to get the final layer temperature after scanning and any wait time at the end of the layer (e.g., dwell time, recoating time, etc.). Will close #11.To-do:
temperature_final_appuses the same component type as otherbuild/part/layertype components. The logic inexecute.pyhandles the sequential execution of the layer-wise simulations.temperature_final_partadditivefoam appDepends on #61
