fixed a few issues here:

• no longer logging every metadata update (especially as may not be changing anything)
• script to set all existing members to active (those in SF will be updated by the sync and set to whatever they should be)
• fixed a member id / sf id bug for updating consortium members
• fixed member update where active and active date fields not being updated
