Linux CI fails on ShellCheck SC1007. The hook also reverses text blocks within a single assistant message and can lose an answer when the transcript disappears or concurrent hooks share the same temporary file.
This change fixes those failures, ignores malformed message fields, keeps answer files private, and repairs installer quoting for paths containing shell syntax. Repeated installs no longer duplicate clipboard settings; uninstall removes bindings even without tmux and preserves unrelated hooks and settings permissions. Existing hook commands and managed bindings are updated on reinstall.
Validation: GitHub Actions passes on Linux and macOS for commit de1f444. Linux runs all 45 Python tests and 15 CLI checks, including a real tmux configuration and run-shell test using a repository path with quotes, dollar signs, and format syntax. Local
make checkalso passes with ShellCheck and Pyflakes enabled (the real-tmux test is skipped locally because tmux is absent). Regression tests reproduced the extraction and installer failures before the fixes.
