Contains all files pertaining to the modeling of the vaginal canal with a tear using Machine Learning (ML) techniques
This includes:
- A sweep function that goes through various ML configurations to find an optimal set
- A 10-Fold Cross-Validation function that generates all 10 folds, and calculates training time
- An external analysis that generates prediction time and error calculations
