Signal-viewer overhaul for high-channel HD-EMG — spatial channel-grid selector, configurable RMS-envelope display, and the performance work (M4 off the acquire thread, vectorized scroll-stable decimation, throttled stats). Plus the Windows zarr-recording fix. Backward-compatible; old sessions still load. See CHANGELOG.
