Cuts 2.2.0 (MINOR, backward-compatible) from the viewer/perf/fix work merged since 2.1.0.

Highlights

  • Spatial channel-grid selector (replaces the per-channel button wall) + StreamInfo.channel_grids topology persisted across sessions.
  • Configurable RMS-envelope display (display = rms_env, adjustable window + shift).
  • High-channel performance: M4 decimation moved off the acquire thread (the 23 fps fix), vectorized scroll-stable MinMax decimation, throttled/copy-free stats.
  • Windows recording fix (fix(session): retry zarr chunk-rename on Windows transient file locks #10): retry zarr chunk-rename on transient file locks.

Version bumped in pyproject.toml + uv.lock; CHANGELOG [Unreleased] promoted to [2.2.0]. OTB device sources (#13) intentionally excluded — they ship in 2.3.0 after hardware validation.

Merging this then tagging v2.2.0 publishes to PyPI.

Signal-viewer overhaul for high-channel HD-EMG — spatial channel-grid selector,
configurable RMS-envelope display, and the performance work (M4 off the acquire
thread, vectorized scroll-stable decimation, throttled stats). Plus the Windows
zarr-recording fix. Backward-compatible; old sessions still load. See CHANGELOG.
